Our Story

Serving Gainesville and Surrounding Communities since 1993, our mission at Haile Plantation Animal Clinic is to help your pets live happier, healthier lives by providing exceptional quality medical and surgical care in a compassionate environment. 

What began as a vision for modern, state-of-the-art veterinary care has grown into a full-service veterinary hospital, boarding facility, and doggie day camp, serving Gainesville and surrounding areas. 

Throughout our growth, we’ve remained committed to ensuring pets and their families receive individual attention and customized treatment plans in a comfortable, caring environment.

Dr. Linda McCollough

Veterinarian

Dr. Linda McCollough earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University and has extensive experience practicing in both Atlanta and Orlando before returning to her hometown of Gainesville. She has a long-standing commitment to veterinary medicine and values building strong relationships with the families she serves.

Dr. McCollough has a strong interest in medicine and enjoys working closely with both patients and their owners to provide thoughtful, high-quality care. Her approach is rooted in compassion, communication, and supporting long-term health and wellness.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her two children and her pets.

Dr. Courtney Adams

Veterinarian

Dr. Courtney Adams is originally from Dublin, Ohio, and completed her undergraduate studies in Biological Sciences at Ohio University before earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University. During her training, she gained experience fostering dogs and teaching horseback riding, further strengthening her passion for working with animals. She is dedicated to helping strengthen the human-animal bond through thoughtful, high-quality care.

Dr. Adams has a strong interest in preventive care, surgery, dentistry, and veterinary behavior. She is especially passionate about helping clients manage behavioral challenges and has pursued additional training in this area, including working alongside board-certified veterinary behaviorists. Her approach focuses on effective, safe, and compassionate care for both patients and their families.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Adams enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, paddleboarding, hiking, pottery, and caring for her backyard chickens. She shares her home with her two dogs, Kova and Gus.

Dr. Delaney Lyons

Veterinarian

Dr. Delaney Lyons is originally from Columbus, Ohio, and developed her passion for veterinary medicine at a young age. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida and is committed to building lasting relationships with clients while providing thoughtful, high-quality care for their pets.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Lyons enjoys spending time with her three dogs—Artemis, Zeus, and Athena—who keep life full of energy and joy.
