Fun and Friendly Pet Boarding Facilities in Gainesville, Florida

boardingAt Haile Plantation Animal Clinic, we understand that when you travel, it gives you peace of mind to know your pets are being well cared for. We offer quality boarding packages that provide for all of your pet’s needs, including regular exercise, proper nutrition, play time, and plenty of attention.

Our boarding facility is fully heated and air conditioned, and features indoor runs, a play yard, and comfortable bedding. All dogs who board with us receive three hand walks each day. Dogs with dietary concerns will eat exactly as they do at home, following the diet recommended by your Haile Plantation Animal Clinic veterinarian. Clients who find that their dogs require a little extra attention often choose our TLC package. This option includes two additional walks per day, additional time spent in the play yard, fleece bedding ($12), a daily massage, coat and teeth brushing, and daily email or text updates about your pet’s adventures.

Our veterinary technicians will oversee your pet’s medical needs during his or her stay in our boarding facility. Technicians will carefully monitor your pet’s well-being and promptly report any health concerns to a veterinarian. Pets needing immediate medical help will be cared for according to your instructions. You can also request medical exams, vaccine updates, and surgical or dental procedures while your pet is being boarded.

Many animals come to our boarding facility because they require special care for a medical condition. In the case of conditions like diabetes, careful attention and alertness are needed to keep pets safe and healthy while you’re away. We carefully check and maintain blood sugar and insulin levels for diabetic pets and provide support for any other medical condition.
Boarding packages are available for cats as well as dogs, including those with special medical needs.
